If you want your quality of life to last longer to be able to enjoy and get the most out of this life, the key is taking on healthier habits. And the earlier in life, the better, before the problems start.

Usually, when you are young, you feel somewhat invincible. You can eat pizza and a full pot of Ben & Jerry’s and not put on even a pound. You can skimp on your sleep and even pull all-nighters. You can smoke, down several Red Bull’s a day and whatever other bad habits you might like and everything seems fine. No problems. Your body can deal with a lot when you are younger. But it is still taking its toll, whether you feel it yet or not.

However, we get the problem. We have been there and have certainly been a culprit of exactly what I described above. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it in. Fast food is so appealing and, well, it’s fast. There’s so little time that very often healthy things get skipped.

So the idea with HealthKick is to build up a certain amount of healthy habits that are pretty easy to do.

This first book is a summary of some of these easy healthy living “hacks” – ways to work in some healthier habits into your life that don’t require much effort or time or expense.

I’m working on a series of books that go into more aspects of your life.

My HealthKick.info website has a ton of information you can get started on.
